Your assistant in Britain and Italy.
For people with a foot in both countries. A house in Piedmont, family in London. I handle the calls, the bookings, the paperwork and the travel, in English and in Italian, so nothing gets lost in between.
What I take off your hands.
Everything is handled remotely. Book me by the hour, or reserve a set time each week, on weekdays or at weekends.
Travel, planned end to end
- Full travel days planned hour by hour
- Flights, trains, transfers and drivers
- Hotels, villas and where to actually eat
- Tables, tickets and guides booked in Italian or English, as you prefer
- One itinerary on your phone, kept current
Everything arranged for you
- Tell me the idea, I take care of the rest
- A full itinerary sent to you first
- Changed until it is exactly right
- You pay me once, directly, and I book it all
- Then you simply pack and go on holiday
Diary and inbox
- Meetings arranged across two time zones
- Inbox triaged on rules you set
- Research, quotes and comparisons
- The chasing you keep postponing
Anglo-Italian liaison
- Correspondence native in either language
- Calls placed in Italian, inside Italian hours
- Documents translated so you know what they say
- The register right for whoever is reading it
One person holding both ends.
Most people in this position are managing a relationship across a border with nobody in the middle of it. An agency in London cannot ring a Piedmontese office at four o'clock. A fixer in Italy will not write your English side properly. I do both, from one desk, on the same day.
Send it in the morning, by email or a quick text, and it is first in the queue when I start. Italian offices reopen after lunch, which is exactly when I am on the phone to them, and you get a wrap before you log off. Saturday mornings are charged at the normal rate. Evenings and the rest of the weekend cost a little more.
The first capital of a united Italy and the home of the House of Savoy. Baroque squares, eighteen kilometres of arcades and the Alps at the end of the street.
Your diary, your inbox and your travel, run to the British clock so that nothing sits waiting overnight.
Wherever you already talk.
You should not have to learn a new tool to work with an assistant. Pick the two or three places you actually check, and that is where this happens.

Half of this job is knowing which country you are in.Isabelle Girardi, Turin
Ciao, I am Isabelle.
British and Italian, raised in both languages. I work with people who have a life on both sides.
My background is live events. Coordinating models backstage for Davines in Rome, Milan, Cervia, Berlin and Valencia, on a headset, while the show was actually running.
Fashion and live event coordination
Backstage and on-stage coordination at international shows, including the World Wide Hair Tour in Berlin in 2024 and again in Valencia in 2026. Headset contact with production throughout, changes absorbed live, in English and Italian.
and Saturdays through term
Front of house, full season
A full summer season on fixed weekday shifts in a high volume bar, with the Saturday shift held consistently through term alongside university.
Private childcare
Unsupervised trust inside family homes, which is the qualification that actually matters to anyone handing over their keys and their diary.
Undergraduate studies, Economics
Carried alongside continuous work throughout.
Tell me what you need.
Eleven short questions, about ninety seconds. I ask them one at a time so you are never staring at a form.
Eleven questions, one at a time. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent until you press send at the end, in your own email.
Answered before you ask.
Where are you based, and what hours do you keep?
Is this remote, or do you turn up in person?
Or simply tell me what is slipping.
Twenty minutes, in English or in Italian, no charge and no pitch. If I am not the right person for it I will say so on that call and point you at somebody who is.
The quickest way to a useful first call is the questionnaire. It takes about ninety seconds and it means the call starts with what you need rather than with me asking what you do.
